We would like to dedicate this page in honor and/or in memory of all mental health warriors.  This includes those individuals who are still with us and those who have unfortunately lost their respective battles with depression/anxiety and/or other mental illnesses.
I would like to especially dedicate this website to the memory of my brother Bob, who lost his battle with depression on April 26, 2021.
Bob was one of the most caring and intelligent individuals that you could care to meet.  Having him as my brother and friend was, and still truly is, a blessing.   In fact, when I was 13 years old, Bob saved my life when I fell over from having an epileptic seizure (there is no history of seizures in our family) and I was turning blue from lack of oxygen.
His death and passing came as a complete shock to all of us who love him.  It is my hope to continue this website and any speaking and/or advocacy opportunities to help others suffering with mental illness and their families to never have to go through what my family and I, as well as Bob’s friends, have had to go through.
For those of you suffering, remember you are loved.  You are cared for.  You are worth the help that you need to feel better.  The new suicide/crisis hotline of 988 is available by call or text 24/7.  Trained professionals are ready to take your call/text.  Please contact them and take the first step to living your best life.
Don’t think you have anyone who cares about you?  I do.  Why else do you think I would make this page?  I want you to live your best life.
We love and miss you, Bob. RES

In the Spring/early Summer of 2023, we will be cleaning up a 2 mile area of road in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania in honor and memory of Bob.  The PennDOT clean-up will most likely be on a Saturday.  Below are some photos of the route that will be cleaned as well as a number of different photos of Bob, whom this page is dedicated to.  The best description of the route to be cleaned up is: Independence Rd., (RTE #447), beginning at Seven Bridges (Sixth St.) and ending at Courtland St.
